I stuck pretty close to the sketch:
I used the Hearts Collection Framelits to cut the large heart from the card base. I added a layer of More Amore Designer Paper behind it, then cute a smaller heart using the new Hearts a Flutter Framelits. I also embossed this one with the Adorning Accents embossing folders. The banner is Vellum cardstock--I stamped the sentiment from the Wacky Wishes Hostess Set. The buttons are from the Sycamore Street Sale-a-bration collection (FREE with $50 purchase), and I topped them with two Large Pearls!
