I've been in Dallas!

Sorry about the lack of posts lately!  My personal life has slowed down dramatically--school's out, no baseball, tennis or banquets to organize!  But, my Mom has been sick--very sick.  She has spent the last six weeks in the hospital, but has now, finally, been moved to rehab!!  She's been through alot, but she's a fighter (normally I say stubborn!! LOL!).  I'm so proud of how far she's come.  We can still use all the prayers we can get--would love your help in this area!  I just spent the weekend with her, and have renewed hope that she'll be going home within a month--again, your prayers would be appreciated!

I hope to get back to some stamping this week!  So, don't give up on me! :-)

Christmas "Break"

Hi!  I apologize for my lack of posts lately!  But, it's the holiday season, and my oldest is a senior this year.  That means it's the last season that all four of us will be together for the whole month of December!  I'm trying to cherish this time, and haven't found the time to stamp!!  (yikes!!)  So, for the rest of the month, my posts will not be frequent!  I do have cards for my design teams, so be sure and check back on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays! :-)

I appreciate your understanding during this time!!  My boys are the reason I have my own business--and what's the point of being your own boss if you can't take time off! LOL!!

I hope you enjoy your holiday season, too!!!

 

 

 

 

Gratitude

Nothing today!

I'm so sorry!  I've been stamping up a storm!  But, it's all for future projects, and I can't show you yet!!  Here's what I've been working on:

• Holiday Helper Newsletter--it will start sometime in October!  It will be 12 days of holiday ideas and projects!  Watch for a sign up in September!
• SUDSOL Blog Tour - SAVE THE DATE - Sept 6th! I have some fun Halloween projects done for that blog tour!!

Happy Monday!

What a great weekend!  It was so nice and relaxing!!  In fact, I was able to play along with some fun challenges--you can see one of the cards I made on my Stampin' Up! Blog!  I've been playing around with the SU! Blog, seeing what I can and can't do with it!  Don't worry though--90% of my sharing will still be done here!

I also worked alot on my upcoming class offerings.  I will continue to do monthly Stamp-a-Stacks, but I wanted to add some fun new things to the schedule!  Here are some ideas for classes:

• Cards "To Go" Classes (for those that can't make the stamp-a-stacks!)
• Scrapbooking Classes
• Technique Classes
• More "gift-y" classes (3d items, etc)

One more thing--would you be interested in Private Classes?  I can bring any of the classes mentioned above (or my stamp-a-stacks) to YOUR house!  You can inivte your friends over, and have some fun!

I'm heading to Disney World!!!

I am so excited!  My husband and I are leaving Sunday morning for 5 fun days at Disney World!  It's the annual Stampin' Up! incentive trip, and I was lucky enough to earn it!  Look at our travel documents:

Yes, they came in this book--all very pretty!!  I love the way Stampin' Up! makes us all feel so special!

This is our "agenda"--it contains all the details of our trip!  and my name tag--again, so pretty!

They even sent us person luggage tags!!  I love, love, love Stampin' Up!!!

sick, sick, sick.............

Oh my goodness!  Looks like this virus is going through out house--one person at a time!  I have the worse cough, and stuffy head!  Poor me!! :-)  Please feel sorry for me--LOL!!!  I did get some stamping done yesterday, so will have some stuff to share with you later.  I just can't take pics right now--winds are blowing!!

Good morning!!

I'm so glad it's Sunday, and we have NO plans!! :-)  A nice relaxing day!  I took some pictures at my craft fair yesterday, but I don't know how to get them off my phone!  So, I will share those when my kids get up!  It's nice having teenagers that "get" all this techno stuff!

In the meantime, I wanted to let you know that I have two events scheduled for January--click on each for all the details!!!

Birthday Stamp-a-Stack (of cards)!!  Sunday, January 8 @ 2pm.  Stock up on birthday cards for the coming year!!!  Cost is $22, and we'll make 12 cards!!  (2 each of 6 designs)

Sale-a-bration Open House!!!!   Saturday, January 28 @ 10am. Come and see what Sale-a-bration is all about!!  I'll have free make-n-takes for you, as well as tons of fun stuff for you to see!!  RSVP for an extra door prize ticket!

Both events will be held in my Stamp Studio!
