Doodle This

Wow!!  It's been two days since I've put any rubber to cardstock!  I'm missing it!!  What a great day yesterday was though--even without stamping!!  The boys had two baseball games each, I had a workshop (thanks, Patti!!!), and Rich (my husband) was baptized!!  Talk about a wonderfully full day!!

Phwok Even though I haven't stamped, I do have a new card to show you from my work during Spring Break!!  This is another card I'm doing at my workshops.  I always do three projects that everyone makes--love the hands on!!  I do try to keep the projects simple, just so I'm not there for 4 hours!! :-)  The hostesses would be ready to kill me if I stayed that long!! haha!!

Anyway, I used Marigold Morning, Basic Black & watercolor paper.  I stamped the flower image in Black Stazon, using the Doodle This stamp set (my current favorite!!).  The phrase is stamped in Cool Carribean.  I used the Sincere Salutations stamp set, but you could use whatever you'd like!  I punched the black cardstock with the new Spiral punch from the Spring Mini Catalog.  That is such a cool punch!!  To color in the flower, I used the aqua painters, and ink pads (cool carribean, marigold morning & old olive).  Just pick up the ink from the lid of the stamp pad!  Very easy!!

Happy Stamping!!!
