CARD: Darling Donkeys

Here's another sneak peek for you!  Rememeber--these will all be available on Tuesday, January 5th!  Be sure to check the my website to see it all!



  • Magenta Madness: 11” x 4 ¼” , plus scrap piece for banner
  • Very Vanilla: 5 ¼” x 4”
  • Rainbow Glimmer Paper: 3 ½” x 3 ½”


  1. Fold Magenta Madness card stock in half to create card base.
  2. Place Very Vanilla card stock on Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and cut with the 'just want to say' die from Floral Galley Dies. Set piece aside - keep the little inserts for the letters!
  3. Stamp donkey from Darling Donkey's set with Black Memento ink pad on bottom of Very Vanilla card stock. Colour with Stampin' Blends Markers.
  4. Stamp the “Hey there, Friend” sentiment into Mango Melody ink pad, then ink the top and bottom of sentiment using the edge of Magenta Madness ink pad. Stamp below the die cut on the Very Vanilla layer.
  5. Stamp the stars from Darling Donkey set randomly onto Very Vanilla card stock using Mango Melody and Magenta Madness ink pads.
  6. Stamp the butterflies from the “Beautiful Moments” set around the donkey using Black Memento ink pad. Use blender pen to colour with Mango Melody & Magenta Madness ink pads.
  7. Glue the Rainbow Glimmer paper behind the die cut. Glue the insert pieces inside the letters “a” and “0”. Adhere Very Vanilla layer to front of card using Stampin' Seal.
  8. Stamp “Your the Best” with Black Memento ink pad onto scrap piece of Magenta Madness card stock. Trim and place onto card.
  9. Add Champagne Rhinestones to card.

CARD: Art Gallery

Good morning!  I have a fun sneak peek into the upcoming 2021 Jan-June Catalog:



  • Flirty Flamingo: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”, scored at 4 1/4” and 4 x 5 1/4 for embossing
  • whisper white: 2 1/4 x 3 1/2 and 2 x 3 1/4


  1. Using Flirty Flamingo and stamp flower images. Using Old Olive stamp leave image (I stamped off once to make it lighter. Cut images out with dies.
  2. Run 4 x 5 1/4 Flirty Flamingo through with the Painted Texture embossing folder and adhere to card base.
  3. Stamp sentiment at bottom of 2 x 3 1/4 whisper white cardstock
  4. Adhere ribbon to 2 1/4 x 3 1/2 piece of Whisper White cardstock. Adhere the 2 x 3 1/4 piece of whisper white cardstock over ribbon.
  5. Adhere leaves to whisper white piece. Adhere Flower with dimensionals.

CARD: Zany Zebras



  • Coastal Cabana: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”, 2 ¼” x 2 ¼”
  • Whisper White: 3 ¾” x 5”
  • Basic Black: 3 7/8” x 5 1/8”


    1. Use Sponge Daubers with Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green and Mango Melody ink pads to add polka dots to the layer of white.
    2. Ink birthday hat in Memento and stamp image randomly on all polka dots, add this to the black layer and wrap the black/white twine around and tie in a knot near the right edge. Add to card base with dimensionals.
    3. Randomly stamp greeting over the square of Coastal Cabana in the same ink, add to card with dimensionals.
    4. Stamp zebra on scrap of white, color mane and tail with the Blends, fussy cut with snips and add to sentiment piece with dimensionals.

CARD: Celebrate Sunflowers

Take a look at this beautiful card!  It was designed by Tina Rappe, and I LOVE it!



  • Crushed Curry: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”
  • Early Espresso; %-1/4” x 4”
  • In Good Taste Designer Series Paper: 5” x 3-3/4”


  • Stamp the sentiment from Ridiculously Awesome in Early Espresso Ink on the wood grain print from In Good Taste DSP.
  • Stamp large sunflower from Celebrate Sun flowers in Early Espresso ink in the upper right corner of the DSP and then again on a large Post-It Note.
  • Fussy cut the Post-It Note image and lay it directly on top of the image on the DSP
  • Stamp 2 leaves and the small sunflower image in Early Espresso Ink so that some of the stamped images goes on the Post-It Note, then remove the Post-It Note and it will appear that the leaves and small sunflower are somewhat behind the large sunflower. You have now mastered the Masking Technique)
  • Punch 2-1/4” circle from Terracotta Tile cardstock.
  • Color in flowers and leaves as follows: Daffodil Delight Combo for flower petals, Mossy Meadow Combo for leaves and Bronze for the center of the flowers.
  • Color the Heart with Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends
  • Fold Crushed Curry cardstock in half for card base, then attach Early Espresso layer and the stamped image piece with Fast Fuse Adhesive.


CARD: Happiest of Birthdays

Here's an awesome, easy to make, masculine birthday card!  


Here is the "open" view--so you can see that the front is shorter!  Very cool!



  • Cinnamon Cider: 5-1/2” x 7” card base, score at 4-1/4”
  • Black: 3-3/4” x 3”
  • DSP: 5-1/4” x 2-1/2” for gray; 5-1/4” x 1-1/2” for cider
  • Crumb Cake: 4-1/2” x 1-1/2”
  • Copper Foil: 3-3/4” x 2-3/4” for die-cut
  • Whisper White: 3-3/4” x 2-3/4” for die-cut; 3-1/2” x 2-3/4” for inside


  1. Adhere gray World of Good DSP to the Cinnamon Cider front flap.
  2. Adhere cider World of Good DSP to the inside bottom of the card, so it shows through to front.
  3. Adhere Basic Black layer to the shortened card front.
  4. Banner-cut the ends of the Crumb Cake layer, then adhere to the card front.
  5. Use Cinnamon Cider and Basic Black Stampin’ Write Markers to color directly onto the red rubber Happiest of Birthdays stamp. Gently use the brush-tip end of the marker to color. “Huff” onto the stamp to refresh the ink, then stamp onto Whisper White cardstock.
  6. Die-cut the sentiment with the Tasteful Labels die.
  7. Die-cut a second Tasteful Labels shape in Copper Foil, cut in half length-wise, then adhere to the top and bottom of the sentiment label to create a frame. Trim away any excess sticking out on the sides.
  8. Pop up sentiment onto the card front with Dimensionals.
  9. Add Champagne Rhinestone Jewels to the corners of the Basic Black layer.
  10. Stamp another Happiest of Birthdays sentiment on the Whisper White layer with Memento Black ink. Adhere it to the inside of the card.

CARD: Tree Angle

Only 9 days until Christmas!!!  If you've already made your Holiday cards, perhaps you could use this layout for your "Thank You" cards!!  Just choose another sentiment!



  • Thick Whisper White: 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
  • Whisper White: scrap for stamping
  • Just Jade: scrap for die cutting triangle
  • Early Espresso: ½” x 5 ½”
  • DSP: 1 ½” x 5 ½”
  • Braided Trim: about 6”


  1. Add the espresso card stock to the back of the dsp and that to the card front.
  2. Stamp ‘Happy wishes to you and yours’ using espresso ink just above the espresso card stock on the card base.
  3. Stamp the leaf image onto the scrap of white cardstock using just jade ink.
  4. Stamp the floral image over top using real red.
  5. Die cut using the coordinating shape triangle.
  6. Die cut the third largest tall, narrow triangle from the just jade scrap.
  7. Attach the two trees together and then add them to the card base using dimensionals.
  8. Stamp two tree trunks using espresso ink and cut them out. Add them to the card front.
  9. Tie a bow from the braided trim and add it to the card front using a mini glue dot.
  10. Add three red rhinestones.


CARD: Trimming the Town



  • Whisper White Thick: 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼” (card base),
  • Whisper White: 3” square, 1 ¼” x 5/8”
  • Designer Paper: 4” x 5 ¼”; 3” x 4 ¾”


  1. Use Real Red ink to stamp the greeting on the small Whisper White panel.
  2. Crop a piece of designer paper with Stitched Shape Square – positioning over a piece of DSP to find a section used in photo.
  3. Crop a small house and a wreath from the Designer Series Paper.
  4. Adhere the DSP to the card front.
  5. Use dimensionals to attach the DSP stitched shape square to the scallop square, and add the wreath to the front of the house with a dimensional.
  6. Make a bow with the Real Red Braided Linen Trim and attach to the back of the square focal point with a glue dot.
  7. Attach the square focal point to the card front with dimensionals
  8. Attach the word panel to the card front and embellish with a red dot from the All the Trimmings Embellishments.

CARD: Forever Fern

Check out this beautiful card!!  Love the fancy fold, and the wreath!!


Here's how to make it:


  • Whisper White Thick CS: 5-1/4” x 5-1/2”, scored at 4-1/4”; 1” x 5-1/2”; plus scraps for die cutting
  • Just Jade CS: 4” x 1-1/8”, plus scraps for die cutting
  • remaining colors of CS: scraps for die cutting


  1. Stamp with the Forever Fern stamp set and Pretty Peacock ink a) the inner sentiment onto the inside of the card base and b) the outer sentiment onto a scrap of Whisper White Thick CS.
  2. Die cut the outer sentiment using the Ornate Frames Dies.
  3. Using the Wreath Builder Dies, cut leaf wreaths from scraps of CS in Pear Pizzazz, Just Jade, Garden Green, Shaded Spruce, and Pretty Peacock.
  4. Die cut a berry wreath from a scrap of Soft Sea Foam CS.
  5. Using the Layering Circles Dies, cut a scrap of Whisper White Thick CS into a ring, using a larger die and a smaller die, to back the wreath with. Make sure it will be hidden behind the wreath.
  6. Using the 1-1/2” Circle Punch, cut both ends of the 4” x 1-1/8” piece of Just Jade CS.
  7. Burnish the fold in the card base using a Bone Folder.
  8. Stack the die cut wreaths, gluing each layer on top of the previous one.
  9. Line up the 1” x 5-1/2” strip of Whisper White Thick CS along the right edge of the card base, then glue one end of the Just Jade CS strip to the Whisper White CS strip, and the other end to the small front section of the card base, to hold them together.
  10. Glue the die cut ring on the inside front of the card base, one side to the card base and the other side to the Whisper White 1” strip. Make sure the inner sentiment shows through the center of the ring.
  11. Flip the card base back over to the front and glue the wreath stack onto the ring and onto the two sides of the card front. Make sure the inner sentiment shows through the center of the wreath.
  12. Adhere the outer sentiment onto the Just Jade CS piece using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  13. Tie a piece of Magenta Madness ribbon in a bow and adhere it onto the wreath with a Glue Dot.
